IWCT aims to create a world where every animal receives love, care, and hope. We advocate for voiceless animals, believing in their right to a better tomorrow.
We combat the suffering of stray dogs through free spay/neuter services and medical care. Help Underprivileged Fur Parents & Fight Animal Neglect! Donate now & make a difference! Many fur parents can't afford to spay/neuter their pets, leading to more abandoned and maltreated dogs on the streets. You can change that! Your donation supports free spay/neuter services, reducing animal neglect. Join our community! Together, we create a happier, healthier future for pets in need. Donate & be a part of our mission! Make a paw-sitive impact. Help underprivileged fur parents & combat animal neglect. Every contribution counts! Details are as follows:

🌧️ A Rainy Season Reminder: Please Don’t Forget Our Animals 🐾❤️
August has been such a rainy month here in the Philippines. With heavy rains, flooding, and typhoons, many families struggle because they are unable to go to work or school. But humans are not the only ones affected by these disasters, our animals suffer too. 🐶🐱💔
During floods, countless animals become frightened, separated from their families, swept away by strong currents, or left stranded in places where they cannot escape. Some have no one to rescue them.
Just like the dog in this video, who was found stranded in a creek for two days. Thankfully, there were compassionate citizens who noticed the dog and took action to rescue him. ❤️🙏
Stories like this remind us why IWCT-Philippines continues to advocate for the welfare and protection of animals, the voiceless members of our society. Every animal deserves compassion, protection, and the chance to survive, especially during times of disaster.
To all pet owners, please remember: when a typhoon or flood is coming, please prepare for your pets too. 🐾 Our pets depend on us for their safety. When disaster strikes, they cannot save themselves, they need us to be their voice and their safe place.
And if you see an animal in distress, please don't simply scroll past. If it is safe to do so, seek help from rescuers, animal welfare groups, or compassionate people in the community.
At IWCT, we believe that a compassionate community is one that protects every life, human and animal alike. Because when we choose to help the voiceless, we make our communities kinder, safer, and more humane. 🐾❤️

The best rescue is the one that never has to happen. ❤️🐾
At IWCT, we believe every dog deserves a life free from the suffering of unwanted litters, hunger, abandonment, and neglect.
That’s why we provide free kapon—because sometimes, the most compassionate thing we can do is prevent suffering before it begins.
Kapon today. Hope forever.
Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at our incredible IWCT vet team in action during one of our spay and neuter events outside the center! 🐾💖 Everyone is on the go, working together seamlessly to make sure each furbaby gets the care they need. From prepping the tables to assisting in surgeries, our team helps each other every step of the way.
At the end of the day, it’s a big success! Thanks to their dedication, more pets are now healthier and happier. 💕 We’re so proud of our hardworking team!

Every week, 60 dogs and cats are given a chance for a healthier, safer future through free kapon. Since 2016, IWCT has made prevention a vital part of its mission—helping families care for the animals they love while preventing unwanted litters and suffering before it begins. Because when we prevent suffering today, fewer animals may ever have to face the hardship of being rescued. Saving dogs today. Preventing suffering tomorrow. 🐾

A wonderful day of learning at Parulong Elementary School in Concpecion Tarlac! 🐾💛
Our Grade 3 and 4 students learned about responsible pet ownership, rabies prevention, and how to properly care for animals. Their enthusiasm and active participation made the session even more special! 📚🐶❤️
Every precious pet deserves a clean and safe place to receive care. 🐾💙
At IWCT, keeping our clinic clean and disinfected is part of how we care for the pets we treat for free.
Clean spaces. Safer care. Protected pets.
Thank you, Protect Plus Gold, for being part of our everyday care routine. 🐶🐱

White as snow, gentle as a cloud, and truly heaven-sent. 💗
There’s something so pure and beautiful about white dogs. Their innocent eyes, loving hearts, and gentle presence remind us that sometimes, the most beautiful blessings come with four paws. 🐶🤍 They are more than just dogs, they are little pieces of heaven sent to fill our lives with love. 🥹🐾✨

After everything they've been through, these precious souls finally get to experience what every dog deserves, a safe place to rest, a full tummy, gentle hands, and the peace of knowing they are loved.
Thank you to everyone who makes these second chances possible. We're giving rescued dogs not just a place to stay, but a place where they can truly feel at home. 🏡🐾
