In commemoration of the 𝟭𝟭𝟲𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗼, 𝗪𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗼 𝗤. 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝘇𝗼𝗻𝘀, the hall resonated with the powerful cadences of our province’s promising student-orators. As we concluded this year's 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, history and the future intersected at the Provincial Library of Camarines Norte. Anchored on the theme “𝗪𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗼 𝗤. Ngayong October 1–31, 2026, sama-sama nating ipagdiriwang ang 2026 𝑪𝒐𝒐𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒉 𝑪𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 sa pamamagitan ng 𝑪𝑶𝑶𝑷𝒕𝒐𝒃𝒆𝒓 𝑭𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒂𝒍 2026, na may temang:

“Matibay na Kooperatiba: Nagkakaisang Pamayanan para sa Kapayapaan at Kaunlaran.”

Sa buong buwan ng Oktubre, tampok ang iba’t ibang gawaing naglalayong palakasin ang pagkakaisa, pagtutulungan, at pakikiisa ng mga kooperatiba at kanilang mga kasapi. Ito ay pagkakataon upang kilalanin at ipagdiwang ang mahalagang ambag ng kooperasyon sa pagpapaunlad ng kabuhayan at pagtataguyod ng mas matatag na pamayanan. 🌱

As the Bicol region and devotees around the world gather to celebrate the Feast Day of 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗲ñ𝗮𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮, we honor our beloved 𝐈𝐍𝐀 - the mother whose tender presence continuously leads us closer to her Son, Jesus Christ.

The devotion to 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗲ñ𝗮𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮 began in 1710 when Fr. Miguel Robles de Covarrubias, cured of a severe illness through her intercession, commissioned the first image and built a small chapel in Nueva Caceres (now Naga City). What started as a local promise of gratitude has flourished across more than three centuries into one of the largest Marian pilgrimages in Asia, uniting millions in faith, prayer, and shared heritage.

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲: 𝗜𝗡𝗔: 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵 , This year’s theme calls us to reflect on Ina not just as a refuge in times of need, but as our mother who actively nurtures our faith community. Through her gentle guidance, we are called to build a Church that is:
