BICOLANO YOUTH LEADERS CONGRESS (BYLC)

Eight dance groups from Camarines Norte conveyed their talent at the Bantayog Dance Competition 2023. Given the fervor with which the many dance groups performed, it was a very successful and unforgettable occasion.

Congratulations to The Deep Set for winning the 1st Runner-up and MB-SHOTZ for winning the 2nd Runner-up of the Bantayog Dance Competition 2023, which was held on May 7, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Agro Sports Center.

Everyone has the fire, but the champions know when to ignite the spark. We will certainly continue to support y'all.
