Ang araw na ito ay hindi lamang tungkol sa trabaho, kundi tungkol sa 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗸𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗮 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻. The 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗝𝗣𝗜𝗔 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 themed 𝘑𝘗𝘐𝘈𝘯𝘴 𝘐𝘯 𝘔𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯: 𝘉𝘳𝘪𝘥𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘦𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘛𝘰𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 was held at the CNSC Student Activity Center on April 8—coinciding with the celebration of the 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘿𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙋𝙞𝙣𝙠 Against Bullying and Discrimination. 🌷🩷

The program formally commenced with the opening remarks delivered by 𝗠𝗮’𝗮𝗺 𝗝𝗲𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗚𝗮𝗰𝗼-𝗔𝗹𝗼𝗰, 𝗖𝗣𝗔, 𝗠𝗕𝗔. Her message underscored the importance of unity, active engagement, and the cultivation of both competence and character among JPIAns, setting a purposeful tone for the assembly.

The hearts of the JPIAns were further inspired by the message of our 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘉𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘗𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘤 𝘈𝘥𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘋𝘦𝘢𝘯, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗚𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗗. 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝘂𝗴, who expressed her appreciation for the students’ enthusiasm and reaffirmed the value of collaboration, leadership, and meaningful participation within the organization. Her words served as a reminder of the collective responsibility in fostering a culture of excellence. ❤️‍🔥✨

The presentation of the 𝘼𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 was conducted by 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗯𝗮 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮, 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵, highlighting the initiatives and activities undertaken by the organization. This was followed by the presentation of the 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 by 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗡. 𝗥𝗲𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮, 𝘝𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘍𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦, providing members with an overview of the organization’s financial standing. Furthermore, 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝘆𝗻𝘆𝗹 𝗠. 𝗔𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗮, 𝘝𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘈𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘤 𝘈𝘧𝘧𝘢𝘪𝘳𝘴, presented the 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣, outlining the proposed programs and academic-related initiatives. During the same assembly, 𝘾𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨 were conferred upon deserving JPIAns who actively represented the organization in various events and competitions, recognizing their achievements and valuable contributions.

One of the key highlights of the program was the presence of the 𝗡𝗙𝗝𝗣𝗜𝗔-𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗩 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹—𝗟𝗘𝗫𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗦 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, who shared their experiences as associates and officers, along with the opportunities, responsibilities, and advantages of active involvement in the regional federation. The Regional Executive Officers also introduced the whole council, discussed their roles, and presented upcoming regional events and initiatives, providing JPIAns with deeper insight into organizational engagement beyond the local chapter.🌸🐉

𝗔𝗯𝗮𝗻, 𝘝𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴, whose poise and professionalism ensured the seamless flow of the assembly. The event was further enlivened by the participation of BSA students, with special recognition to 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝟭𝗔 and 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝟭𝗕 showcasing their talents through energetic intermission dance performances. 💃🕺

Eighty-four years ago, the Bataan Peninsula fell. But while the territory was lost, the Filipino spirit was not defeated. The fall of Bataan was the moment the world saw the true measure of our courage, a living testament that the Philippines will always stand up against oppression and refuse to be silenced.

𝘐𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘳𝘶𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘋𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘩, 𝘸𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘤𝘳𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘭𝘦; 𝘸𝘦 𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘦.
As we honor the heroes of 1942, we also make a solemn vow for today: We will not let mistreatment evade us again. Whether from foreign shores or from within our own borders, we stand firm against injustice. Honor is not just found in the absence of war, but in the presence of integrity and the way we treat one another as fellow Filipinos.

Let the courage of Bataan remind us that we deserve respect, fairness, and a nation where no Filipino is marginalized by their own people.
