Graduates, your graduation frames are ready for release! Please follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth and organized claiming process:

𝟏. 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐂𝐊 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐄 𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐑
Verify your order through the masterlist: [https://tinyurl.com/YUGTO2026GradFrames]. The list includes an indicator showing whether your frame is FULLY PAID or PARTIALLY PAID.

𝟐. 𝐒𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐋𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄
For those with partial payments, please settle your remaining balance before claiming your frame. Bring the exact amount of your balance to make the transaction faster and easier.

✅ Fully paid graduates may proceed directly to Step 3.

𝟑. 𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐃𝐎𝐂𝐔𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
Before proceeding to claim, please make sure you have your payment receipt ready for verification.

If someone else will claim your frame on your behalf, please prepare the following:

✍️ Signed Authorization Letter from the graduate/frame owner; and
🪪 Photocopy of the representative's valid ID or School ID.

These documents are required for verification and record-keeping purposes.

𝟒. 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐑-𝐈𝐍-𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐆𝐄
Proceed to the College Infirmary and politely ask any officer for the person assigned to release the graduation frames. Present your payment receipt and required documents for verification.

𝟓. 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐌 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐔𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐄
Claim your ordered frame based on your selected frame type:

• Matting Frame
• Glass-to-Glass Frame
• Book-Type Frame

𝟔. 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐂𝐊 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐄 𝐁𝐄𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆

Before leaving the College Infirmary, carefully check your frame and photo. Make sure that:

✅ Your photo is correct
✅ Your frame type is correct
✅ There are no visible damages or defects

If you notice any problem, report it immediately to the officer-in-charge while you are still inside the College Infirmary.

⚠️ Please note: Once you leave the College Infirmary, concerns regarding defects or damage may no longer be accommodated, as these may have resulted from external factors after release.

Please inspect your frame carefully before leaving.

𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄 𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒:
By default, the photo used for your graduation frame is the toga photo you selected for the yearbook.

If you selected a different toga shot during the Yearbook Pictorial photo selection last May 2026, that selected photo will be used instead.

📌 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓: Graduation frames may be claimed personally or by a close relative or trusted friend authorized by the graduate. Representatives must present the required authorization documents stated in Step 3.

Please make sure all required documents are complete to avoid delays during the claiming process.
