The Sangguniang Kabataan of Tres de Mayo proudly established Reading Corners in 4 Child Development Centers in our barangay. These spaces are designed to nurture a love for reading, learning, and imagination among our young learners.

Through this initiative, we hope to encourage children to explore stories, develop early literacy skills, and enjoy a safe and engaging environment where knowledge begins. This project reflects our commitment to supporting education at an early age and investing in the future of Tres de Mayo—one child, one book, and one dream at a time.

𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗢𝗡 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗧, 𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗜𝗡 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

The Sangguniang Kabataan ng Tres De Mayo, in partnership with the Citta Di Oro Basketball Association, successfully conducted the Christmas Basketball League for the regular athletes and players of Citta Di Oro Subdivision, Tres De Mayo, Digos City.

Promoting sports excellence, discipline, and camaraderie among the youth remains one of the core advocacies of the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Tres De Mayo, as we continue to support initiatives that empower young athletes and encourage active participation in sports.

𝗔 𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗚𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗘𝗢𝗣𝗟𝗘 𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗦 𝗗𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗬𝗢

In celebration of Christmas, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Tres de Mayo, headed by 𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗷𝗼, conducted a rice distribution initiative benefiting over a hundred households in Barangay Tres de Mayo, Digos City.

The initiative aims to reach out to families in Purok Dapsa—one of the most overlooked and in-need communities in Tres de Mayo. This program has become a yearly tradition of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Tres de Mayo in service of the people.

𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗬 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗦 𝗗𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗬𝗢

The Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) ng Tres De Mayo marked a successful milestone with its 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆, held at the Ebreo Gym in Tres De Mayo, Digos City. 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟬 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 from different puroks, the assembly showcased the SK Tres De Mayo's commitment to good governance.

Key elements of the day included the presentation of the C.Y. 2025 accomplishment report and financial transparency statement, engaging team-building activities, and a distribution of essential 3-kilogram sacks of rice.

The current SK term reaffirms its pledge to uphold accountability, transparency, and maximize active youth engagement in Tres De Mayo.

In commitment of strengthening linkages and commitment to youth development, 𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗷𝗼 undertook a productive talk to the youth of Barangay Kiagot, centering around a crucial leadership development talk

The ties between SK TDM and SK Kiagot was officialy sealedthrough a formal signing of a Memorandum of Agreement. This landmark agreement officially solidifies a formal linkage and strategic partnership, paving the way for the joint ex*****on of numerous upcoming projects and programs.

Upholding its commitment to "𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀," the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Tres De Mayo has successfully extended its Project Kaalam initiative to Barangay Colorado through a crucial distribution of educational supplies. This expanded effort is a powerful collaborative undertaking, driven by 𝗦𝗞 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗷𝗼, SK Colorado Chairman Elmer Hanz Labitad, and the invaluable support of SK Federation President Lolemeir John Egos.
