‎Infanta youth gathered for the Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 Culminating Activity and Awarding Ceremony on 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟑𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 at 8:00 a.m. in Poblacion, Infanta, Pangasinan. The event featured seminars on drug awareness and teenage pregnancy, team-building activities, sports activities, and an awarding ceremony aimed at promoting youth participation and responsible decision-making.

‎The program began with an opening prayer led by Mr. Rizalde B. Silvestre Jr., a staff member of the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO). This was followed by the welcome remarks of Hon. Abencer M. Modelo, SK Federation President of Infanta, who warmly welcomed the youth, guests, participants, and representatives from various organizations. He expressed his appreciation for their presence and participation and encouraged everyone to actively engage in the activities prepared for the celebration.

‎The event was also attended by representatives from Pangasinan State University–Infanta Campus, headed by Renz Adrian Tejero, SSC President. Young people from Infanta also actively participated in the celebration, including those who joined the badminton activities, demonstrating their enthusiasm and involvement in the event.
‎
‎During the program, Hon. Virgillo F. Vallarta, Mayor of Infanta, delivered an inspirational message emphasizing the importance of raising awareness among young people about pressing issues such as drug abuse and teenage pregnancy. He encouraged the youth to make responsible decisions, value their education, and actively contribute to their community.
‎
‎Mayor Vallarta also reminded the youth that they are the hope of the nation and the future of the community. He encouraged them to remain responsible and committed to building a better future, concluding his message with, “Mabuhay ang kabataan, mabuhay ang bayan ng Infanta.” ‎Following the inspirational message, Atty. John Michael M. Aquino, Municipal Budget Officer, led a seminar on anti-drug awareness. He urged the youth to avoid illegal drug use and emphasized that individuals who have previously struggled with drug use should not immediately be judged. Instead, they should be given support and opportunities to recover and live a drug-free life.

‎Meanwhile, Mr. Mark Anthony T. Baltazar, FPOP Kabataang Pangasinan President, led a discussion on teenage pregnancy awareness. He emphasized the importance of providing students with proper reproductive health education, including information about contraceptives and protection, as part of efforts to prevent unintended teenage pregnancies.

‎He reminded the youth to prioritize their education and future, sharing the message, “𝘠𝘰𝘶’𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥, 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘢𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴.” He further emphasized the importance of thoughtful decision-making, saying, “𝘈𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘱 𝘢𝘺 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘩𝘰𝘯; 𝘩𝘶𝘸𝘢𝘨 𝘩𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘢𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘸 𝘪𝘵𝘰 𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘢𝘥𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘴-𝘥𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘴 𝘯𝘢 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘴𝘺𝘰𝘯. ‎Overall, the Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 Culminating Activity and Awarding Ceremony provided the youth of Infanta with an opportunity to gain knowledge about important social issues, strengthen their awareness, participate in sports and team-building activities, and understand the importance of responsible decision-making in shaping their future and contributing to the community.

‎The 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆-𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀, conducted a clean up drive in accordance with the celebration of 𝟭𝟮𝟲𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 (𝗣𝗖𝗦𝗔) also in support to the United Nation 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 (𝗦𝗗𝗚) 𝗻𝗼. 𝟭𝟭–𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟳,𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. This activity was initiated by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹 𝗟. 𝗗𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗹–𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿. The student body headed by the Supreme Student Council (SSC) and campus officials joint hand to clean the entire school premises. The event started with a zumba dance and simple reminders from 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔. 𝗔𝗹𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘇–𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 about the significance of conducting this type of event.

‎The clean up drive successfully concluded with the smile of every students who participated to the aforementioned activity. This activity serves as a proof that the PSU-IC students not just focused on the academic matters but also one of the strongest helping hands in maintaining the campus premises.

The 𝐂𝐓𝐄 Online Assembly and Election for 𝓐.𝓨. 2026–2027 was successfully held through Microsoft Teams.

It was a meaningful gathering where CTE students shared their voices, took part in the election, and came together as one community.

The assembly was led by our Masters of Ceremony, ℳ𝓈. ℳ𝒶𝓇𝒾ℯ𝓁𝒶 𝒟. ℳℯ𝓇𝓊, outgoing President of ASTER-1, and ℳ𝓈. ℱ𝓇𝒶𝓃𝓏 𝒩𝒾𝓀𝓀𝒾 𝒜𝒷𝒶ℊ𝒶, outgoing Secretary of ASTER-1, who helped make the program organized and engaging throughout the event.
