It is marks a proud and meaningful milestone as we celebrate the ROTC Awarding and Graduation Ceremony of UNEP and HTCCS ROTC UNIT last 26 May 2026 — a testament to the discipline, resilience, and dedication of every cadet who answered the call to serve with honor. Your hard work, sacrifices, and unwavering commitment throughout the training have shaped you into individuals who embody courage, integrity, and patriotism. Congratulations to all graduating cadets for successfully completing this chapter and for carrying forward the values of leadership and service that define the ROTC spirit.

As we honor the graduates, we also warmly welcome and recognize the new set of Corps and Staff who are entrusted with the responsibility of guiding the organization into its next chapter. Leadership is not merely a position, but a commitment to inspire, protect, and lead by example. May you uphold the standards set before you with humility, strength, and excellence, while continuing to foster unity, discipline, and camaraderie among your fellow cadets.

We likewise extend our deepest gratitude to the outgoing corps of leaders whose dedication and sacrifices have left a lasting legacy within the organization. Your service, guidance, and steadfast leadership have paved the way for future cadets to grow and succeed. The lessons you imparted and the example you set will continue to inspire generations of cadets who will follow in your footsteps. As one chapter closes and another begins, may the legacy of honor, service, and leadership continue to live on in every cadet who proudly wears the uniform.
