​In line with our continuous commitment to eliminate child labor and support the education of our youth, the Local Government Unit of Isabela, led by Mayor Miguel Angelo G. Yulo in joint partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) through the SHIELD Program, and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), successfully facilitated the distribution of Educational Assistance to qualified student beneficiaries represented by thier parents.
