III. When your verification ERRORS and there is an error: "Sorry! We could not find your record. “This is what I’m going to SCREENSHOT.

IV. IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE PRINTED THE SCREENSHOT.

3. ) Bring the CELLPHONE your SCREENSHOT is SAVED.

4. ) Bring a PHOTOCOPY of your TWO (2) GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDs (back to back). Put THREE (3) signatures per photocopy of ID. Write this too with your ACTIVE CONTACT NUMBER.
