Brigada Eskwela 2026 Regional Kickoff in Camarines Norte

A vibrant display of unity, volunteerism, and community partnership marked the Brigada Eskwela 2026 Regional Kickoff at Labo Elementary School, Schools Division of Camarines Norte, bringing together education leaders, local government officials, stakeholders, partners, and volunteers in a shared commitment to preparing schools for the opening of classes.

The event was graced by Regional Director Gilbert T. Sadsad and Assistant Regional Director Bebiano I. Sentillas, together with Schools Division Superintendent Crestito M. Morcilla of the Schools Division Office of Camarines Norte, School Head Susan Belmonte Veras of Labo Elementary School, Governor Ricarte “Dong” Padilla, and Mayor Severino “Jojo” S. Francisco of the Municipality of Labo.

Hosted by the Schools Division Office of Camarines Norte, the kickoff featured a motorcade, tree-planting activity, symbolic painting and repair works, a lively Food Bazaar, and booths offering free services from various stakeholders and partner agencies, reflecting the collective effort of the community in supporting education.

One of the highlights of the celebration was the Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony of the Library Hub, led by SDS Crestito M. Morcilla, signifying a renewed commitment to literacy, learning, and providing learners with greater access to educational resources.

As National Schools Maintenance Week begins, Brigada Eskwela once again showcases the enduring spirit of bayanihan—bringing together teachers, parents, learners, volunteers, partners, and community members to create safe, welcoming, and learner-friendly school environments.

The Special Science Elementary School (SSES) Entrance Examination will be held on:
🗓 Date: May 11, 2026
⏰ Time: 9:00 a.m.
📍 Venue: Grade 1 Building, Labo Elementary School
All qualified SSES applicants are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled examination time. Please bring the necessary materials and observe proper decorum throughout the examination.
Additional instructions will be provided on-site.

Labo Elementary School – SSES Program is pleased to announce the Pre-Screening Schedule for Incoming Grade 1 pupils.
📅 Dates: March 25, 2026
🕗 Time: 8:00–12:00 AM / 1:00–5:00 PM
📍Venue: Grade 1 Building
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parents and guardians are advised to check the assigned schedule and room of their child and ensure their presence on time.
📌 Important Reminders:
✔️ Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
✔️ Bring necessary documents/materials (if any required).
✔️ Follow proper dress code and health protocols.
