While doing maintenance on my clients tarpaulin machine, I noticed the nozzle wasn’t working properly — even after changing the capping, it still wasn’t complete.
It could’ve caused delays, but instead of stopping everything, We looked for a way to work around it. And thankfully, We managed to adjust things so the prints still came out beautifully.
Sometimes it’s not just about fixing the problem — it’s about finding a way to keep going while you do.
Regular checks really do make a difference. ✨

Replaced the printhead today!
In October 2022, I did DX5 to XP600 conversion.
That same head lasted until now — almost 3 years of solid performance!
Really proud of how it held up, and super thankful to the client who trusted me from the start. 🙌

After sitting unused for almost 2 months, Finally got my clients printer up and running again. 😍
Had to change quite a few parts to make it work properly like Brand new Printer head, Capping, dampers, and ink hose, but it’s finally printing like new.
Feels good to bring it back to life ❤❤❤
