Alwin Nimo, sinampahan ng reklamo ni Albay Governor Noel Rosal kaugnay ng umano’y pagpapatakbo ng jueteng sa lalawigan.

Sa Complaint-Affidavit na inihain ni Rosal sa Office of the City Prosecutor sa Legazpi City, sinabi ng gobernador na inamin umano ni Nimo sa isang press conference noong Setyembre 2026 na siya ang operator ng jueteng sa Albay.

Ginawang batayan ni Rosal ang mga video ng nasabing press conference, mga affidavit ng mga testigo, police reports tungkol sa mga operasyon laban sa illegal gambling, at isang bet slip.

Kabilang din sa mga dokumentong isinumite ang mga ulat kaugnay ng umano’y illegal gambling operations noong Pebrero, Hunyo at Hulyo 2026.

Pormal nang naghain ng reklamo si dating Punong Barangay Alwin M. Nimo sa Office of the Ombudsman laban kina Governor Noel E. Rosal, Representative Carlos A. Loria, at iba pa, kaugnay ng alegasyon ng umano’y jueteng payola.

Kabilang sa mga reklamong nakasaad sa dokumento ang paglabag sa Presidential Decree No. 1602, as amended by Republic Act No. 9287, kaugnay ng illegal gambling.

May hiwalay ding reklamong kriminal na tumutukoy sa Direct Bribery, Indirect Bribery, paglabag sa ilang probisyon ng Republic Act No. 3019 o Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act, gayundin sa Section 7(d) ng Republic Act No. 6713.

Nakapaloob din sa dokumento ang isang administrative complaint para sa Grave Misconduct.

Bukod kina Rosal at Loria, binanggit din ang dalawang iba pang respondents na nireklamo rin sa sinasabing paglabag sa PD 1602, as amended by RA 9287.
