𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 — the ability to bounce back after something knocks you down.

It’s not about never falling. It’s about getting back up, learning from what happened, and continuing to move forward. 💪

𝟭. 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 — You may feel stress, sadness, or experience failure, but you don’t allow yourself to remain stuck there.

𝟮. 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁 — You adjust when things don’t go as planned. You try a new way instead of repeating what didn’t work.

𝟯. 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄 — You learn from every experience and come out wiser, stronger, and better prepared for what comes next. 🌿

𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙩 𝙨𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙣𝙖 𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙞𝙣, 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙡𝙞𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜 𝙨𝙖 𝙙𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙢. 🌟

On the 31st of August, the 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚), 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗼 (𝗕𝗞𝗕), 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 (𝗠𝗠𝗖) officers of AMNHS, united by a common goal, gathered for a formal planning meeting in preparation for the upcoming 𝗥.𝗜.𝗦.𝗘: 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘂𝗺. The meeting was 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗙𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗷𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖. 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗽𝗲, who led the discussion on the preparations, committee assignments, and responsibilities for the upcoming symposium.

The 𝗥.𝗜.𝗦.𝗘: 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘂𝗺 will be held on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 2, 2026, 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗠𝗡𝗛𝗦 𝗚𝘆𝗺𝗻𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘂𝗺, with the aim of uniting, guiding, and nurturing young leaders.

The 𝗔𝗠𝗡𝗛𝗦 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 proudly unveils 𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗘: 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘂𝗺, happening on September 2, 2026.

RISE provides student leaders with a space to reflect on their experiences, strengthen their leadership, reconnect with the purpose behind their service, and recognize the importance of personal well-being.

Bilang kinatawan ng Arcelo Memorial National High School (AMNHS) SSLG at Liloan District Federation of Supreme Secondary Learner Governments (DFSSLG), nakibahagi si Fheljean Mary C. Demape, AMNHS SSLG President, Liloan DFSSLG President, at Senator ng Liloan Sub-Office sa Division Federation of Supreme Secondary Learner Governments (Division FSSLG), kasama ang mga Executive Officers at kapwa Senators ng Division FSSLG, sa Youth Summit 2026.

Ginanap sa Cebu Provincial Capitol Social Hall, ang pagtitipon ay inorganisa ng Cebu Provincial Youth Development Office (CPYDO) sa pakikipagtulungan ng mga katuwang na organisasyon bilang bahagi ng pagdiriwang ng Linggo ng Kabataan 2026.

May temang “Nagkalain-laing Konteksto, Nagkahiusang Tinguha; Abtik nga Kabatan-onan, Mangulo sa Kausaban!”, nagsilbing pagkakataon ang summit para sa mga kabataan mula sa iba’t ibang sektor na magbahagi ng pananaw, bumuo ng ugnayan, at makilahok sa makabuluhang talakayan hinggil sa youth participation at leadership.

Sa pakikiisa sa mga ganitong pagtitipon, patuloy na isinusulong ng AMNHS SSLG ang isang kabataang aktibo, nagkakaisa, at handang manguna sa pagbabago.

Sana all na lang sa gi-“good luck” ni Crush. Kami diri? “Ded is ma” sa kulba kay murag tanan nga gi-review kay kalit nawala sa brain cells. 😭

From “Unya na ko mag-review.” to “Okay, mag-review na gyud ko.” to “1, 2, 3… kanya-kanya na.”🫠

But jokes aside, exams are not only about getting perfect scores. They’re about giving your best, trusting your preparation, and learning from every challenge.

So take a deep breath, read each question carefully, and answer with confidence.

The long-awaited Intramurals 2026 officially kicked off with an exciting Opening Program, bringing everyone together in celebration of sportsmanship, teamwork, and school pride! 🔥

The morning session was filled with excitement and anticipation as we welcomed the teams and prepared for the games ahead.

The celebration continued with a lively Dance Presentation from the morning sessions, adding more energy and school spirit to the event! 💃🕺

With the cheers getting louder, the Intramurals spirit was truly alive!
