Mabalacat City College proudly formalized its partnership with Dr. Joefrelin C. Ines, Head of the Department of Economics and Business Administration of the University of Technology and Applied Sciences โ Shinas, Oman, through a Research Fellow Signing Ceremony in the presence of Dr. Sonny N. De Guzman, MCC President held on May 6, 2026.
This meaningful engagement reflects MCCโs continuing commitment to internationalization, research excellence, and the development of stronger academic networks beyond borders. Day 2 featured an engaging cultural exchange led by Dr. Piotr Zdunkiewicz of John Paul II University, Biala, Poland who introduced European dances to students from the Bachelor of Physical Education (BPED) program, alongside faculty members and staff of the Institute of Teacher Education (ITE)
In return, BPED students shared Filipino folk dances, creating a meaningful exchange of traditions and strengthening internationalization through shared learning and cultural appreciation.
