From the beginning, God designed our daily labor to carry eternal purpose. In Genesis, we see that work is not a product of the Fall or a necessary evil. It is a sacred calling given to us as His image bearers to reflect His character and glorify Him in the world.

Yet, we know our work is often broken by sin, selfish ambition, and burnout. But Jesus changes everything. Through His perfect life, death, and resurrection, Christ redeemed us so that our everyday tasks can become acts of worship and living testimonies. When we step into our workplaces with integrity, excellence, and love, we are not just earning a living. We are pointing a searching world directly to the cross and displaying the heart of our Savior.

Our workplace, office, classroom, or home is the mission field where God has stationed us to make His grace visible.

Last Sunday, we were reminded that our work is more than just a job. It can be an act of worship to God.

There is no divide between the sacred and the secular. Whether we are at home, in the office, running a business, serving customers, or doing everyday tasks, we can honor God through the way we work. Work is a gift from God, and how we work can be a gift back to Him.

Jesus calls us to work with purpose, excellence, and integrity. We are not only working for a paycheck, recognition, or success. We work from the heart because ultimately, we are serving the Lord. And as God blesses the fruit of our work, we are also called to use it generously and become a blessing to others.

Our work matters because we work for God's glory. May everything we do, whether seen or unseen, reflect the character of Jesus and point others to Him.

📢 New Series Alert!

We often see work as something mundane, something we simply have to get through. But what if our work is more than just a job? What if it is part of God’s calling for our lives?

In our new three week series, “Theology of Work,” we will discover God’s design and purpose for work. We will learn that there is no divide between the sacred and the secular because work can be an act of worship, an opportunity to be a witness, and something God can redeem for His glory.

Over the next three weeks, we’ll discover:
Week 1: Work as Worship
Week 2: Work as Witness
Week 3: Work as Redeemed by God

Wherever God has placed you, your work matters to Him. As we follow Jesus, we are called to work with purpose, serve with excellence, and reflect His glory wherever He has placed us.

As we ended our "Called to Courage" series, we were reminded that courage is not only about how we face the battles in front of us. It is also about choosing to remain faithful to God until the very end.

Joshua’s final message was not about their victories or accomplishments. It was a call to remember God’s goodness, honor Him above all, and make a firm decision to serve Him. His declaration still challenges us today: “As for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”

Because Jesus has been faithful to us, we can remain faithful to Him. We can choose to follow Him, serve Him, lead our families toward Him, and help others follow Jesus.

We will serve. We will obey. We will help others follow Jesus. And we will be faithful to the end.

VICTORY DAY!
All glory belongs to Jesus. 🙌

Last Sunday, we were reminded that failure does not have the final word. After Israel’s defeat at Ai, God called Joshua to rise again, repent, and move forward in obedience.

Our failures can leave us discouraged, but Jesus reminds us that our mistakes do not define us. Through Him, we have forgiveness, restoration, and the grace to begin again. When we fail, we can acknowledge our mistakes, turn back to God, and listen for His direction.

God is faithful even when we fall short. His grace restores us, His presence strengthens us, and His purpose continues. No matter how badly we have failed, we can get up and begin again because our God is the God of new beginnings.
