What payment methods are available?
--> We are delighted to inform you that we offer Online Bills Payment and Over-the-Counter payment through our partner banks.

2. How to pay via online bills payment?
--> You may pay via BPI Online, BDO Online, PNB Online, Metrobank Online, or via GCash.

3. How to pay via partner banks?
--> You may pay in person via bills payment in any branch of BDO, PNB, and Metrobank.

4. How long does it take for my payment to be confirmed?
--> Your payment will be confirmed within 2-3 working days.

5. Do I need to send a proof of payment?
--> Proof of payment is not required if you settle via online bills payment or over-the-counter bills payment, as reports from our partner banks or payment centers are forwarded to us within two working days. However, for deposits made to our savings accounts through our partner banks or via online transfer, proof of payment must be provided because the bank statement does not include details such as the name or BC/Account number.
