Ask:
→ What’s the potential impact?
→ How much effort will it take?

The goal isn’t to do more. It’s to focus your resources on what matters most – and actually get it done.
That’s a core part of turning strategy into ex*****on: translating strategic plans into clear initiatives, prioritizing them by impact and ease of implementation, and setting measurable goals to track progress.
