𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Project Liaison Officer

Join our growing team at VG Construction Services. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Project Liaison Officer to handle permit processing, coordinate with government offices, and support our internal operations.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Processing permits and licenses with city/municipal offices across Luzon
- Coordinating with building officials and government agencies
- Preparing, submitting, and monitoring permit requirements
- Conducting follow-ups to ensure timely approval of documents
- Assisting in administrative and clerical tasks when not on field assignments
- Supporting the team with documentation, filing, and general office tasks

𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙙𝙚:
- At least college level or graduate of any related course
- Experience in liaison work, permit processing, or government transactions is an advantage
- Willing to travel within Luzon
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy and able to handle multiple tasks
