Pandesal is staple in the Philippines. It’s sweet, soft, and absolutely addictive! The smell is so distinct that you just know first thing in the morning, there’s fresh rolls being baked. Ours is coming closer to what we would get in the Philippines, but still needs tweaking. Regardless, we are obsessed! Cheez Whiz, jam, paté, or salted butter - you really can’t go wrong.
