𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐑𝐀𝐄 𝐏𝐋𝐌 𝐒𝐁 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐮𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞.

These roles will help you build soft skills in leadership, management, teamwork, and communication. You can also build connections with other organizations, create solutions to problems in improving the sustainable and built environment, and make a real-world impact.

𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐬:

𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞
- Responsible for managing partnerships and sponsorships outside the Pamantasan. They handle all paperwork related to events organized or attended by the ASHRAE PLM Student Branch outside the university.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞
- Responsible for facilitating partnerships and sponsorships within the Pamantasan. They also manage all paperwork related to events organized or participated in by the ASHRAE PLM Student Branch within the university.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞
- Manages membership registration within the organization and documents events and activities for both publicity and record-keeping.

𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞
- Responsible for designing and producing publication materials for the official ASHRAE PLM Student Branch pages and accounts. They also create designs for the organization's other required creative resources.

𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞
- Responsible for crafting captions for all social media posts made by the organization. They manage all communications directed to the organization on social media and serve as the organization’s voice, ensuring effective publicity and coordination with other organizations.

𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞
- Responsible for managing all digital and cash funds of the organization. They must be present for all monetary transactions to ensure proper handling and accountability of the organization's finances.

𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞
- Responsible for procuring materials needed by the organization and managing the inventory of these supplies. They handle the technical aspects of events.

The release of 44 audit findings concerning deficiencies in financial management, documentation, and internal operations requires immediate, decisive action alongside clear and concrete corrective measures. These findings must not be met with delay, dismissal, or superficial compliance, but with a genuine commitment to institutional reform and strengthened internal controls.

We therefore stand united in urging the PLM Supreme Student Council to speak up and provide the necessary mechanisms and management plans to address, alleviate, and ultimately resolve the current financial situation in a manner that is transparent, participatory, and grounded in accountability.

In the end, the measure of leadership is not found in silence or deflection, but in the courage to confront shortcomings directly and correct them with integrity. The student body deserves no less than full disclosure, meaningful reform, and a steadfast commitment to ensuring that public trust is not only restored, but continually earned.

Accountability is not an attack; it is a responsibility. Transparency is not a favor; it is an obligation.
