On this day, we commemorate the life of Benigno "Ninoy" S. Aquino Jr., whose outspokenness paved the way for him to help champion the democratic ideals and reminded us to stand against tyranny that chains our liberty. His death may have been tragic, but it galvanized public outrage, and became one of events that contributed to the growing opposition that culminated into the spark of 1986 People Power Revolution.

As the sophomore era ended, let’s find out how these people are as our Block 2-3 officers for ONE LAST TIME✨ (insert iwaoi edit)

A school year was made memorable and productive; a year full of success and learnings. 300 days, serving the block before, during, and even after the academic year 2025-2026— all of it was well spent.

President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor, and PIO, thank you for taking the position and the responsibilities it carries.

Block 2-3 is what it is today because of you. The memories we made, the moments we shared, and everything we became as a block were shaped by your time, effort, and dedication. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝟮-𝟯 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀.💜💛

Amiel, it is admirable how you are always eager to understand the world around you as you take time to reflect and look for the great ideas. In a world where advancement is always the priority, there is something poetic about someone who still wanders toward the artistic and humanistic beauty of things, and this is what makes your curiosity distinct.

I hope this year also brings you good health, meaningful experiences, and genuine connections. 🩵 May you discover more people, places, and unexpected conversations. More than that…

📣 | On July 18, 2026, the class officers of the Bachelor of Public Administration 2-3 held their 𝟵𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. In this meeting, the outgoing President tackled the plans and mechanisms for the upcoming Antlers Award, such as the opening of registration and nomination for each featured award, the tasks of respective officers in data gathering, and overall preparation for the event.

The President also mentioned the transition period from the old administration towards the newly elected officers, offering guidance, training, and assistance to ensure a smooth transition of work.

“𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩, 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙?”

Yes, Elle Woods, it was definitely hard! BUT, despite all the crying, complaining, and crises (ifykyk 😉), the 𝗕𝗣𝗔 𝟐-𝟑 persisted and somehow, amazingly, escaped 2nd Year with a firm grip on what was left of everyone’s sanity. We may not have produced Harvard-worthy outputs, pero we are CLOSE…to giving up✊😔 eme!

Jokes aside, the LexTRES Publica would like to recognize these students who survived this school year na nagbakasyon nang hindi empty-handed. Congratulations to the 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁’𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 and 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻’𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 of BPA 2-3! 🎉💜

Please, Elle Woods, sapian mo kaming lahat sa 3rd Year. 🙏

Junior Year, 𝙝𝙪 𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙙𝙖! 👊 📚
