Start on the deck, where custom aluminum awnings (designed and made specifically for this unit) welcome you in. Step inside through locally made sliding glass doors leading to the dining area. Old-world craft, new-build ease.

The kitchen is the visual highlight, lit by a built-in skylight that makes the whole space feel taller and brighter. Custom furniture pieces throughout, and even the air conditioning units are cleverly hidden in a removable bulkhead panel.

Then there’s the siding: wood hand-charred in our Cavite factory using the traditional Japanese yakisugi technique, which treats and seals the wood against bugs and moisture while giving the whole exterior a sense of movement.

Every detail, from the doors to the finishes, was chosen on purpose.
