Celebrating Filipino Food & Hospitality at Zolaria Hotel 🇵🇭

Our stay at Zolaria Hotel in Tagaytay was a beautiful reminder of how Filipino hospitality truly shines. The four of us — Mark Paul Miguel Azares, Dr. Renee Lamela, Dangi Mercadejas and Robert Don Gonzaga— were welcomed with warmth and care, making us feel right at home.

What made the experience even more special was the taste of Filipino cuisine they shared with us. Their pancit batil patong, a Tuguegarao delicacy of stir‑fried noodles topped with egg and paired with a rich broth, was hearty and comforting. Their crispy tawilis, a Tagaytay treasure from Taal Lake, was fried to perfection — a dish that speaks of local pride and flavor.
