The Bureau of Fire Protection – Batuan Fire Station continuously upholds public safety through the conduct of regular Fire Safety Inspections at Brgy. Burgos, Batuan, Masbate.

These inspection activties are conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Fire Code of the Philippines and existing fire safety policies and operational standards to ensure the safety of the public, business establishments, and the community.
Through the use of Body-Worn Cameras (BWC), the BFP promotes transparency, accountability, and lawful enforcement during fire safety inspections. This proactive initiative strengthens fire prevention efforts, encourages compliance with fire safety regulations, minimizes fire risks, and helps protect lives and properties. 🚒🔥

Ang pag-iwas sa sunog ay nagsisimula sa disiplina, pag-iingat, at tamang kaalaman. 🏠❤️‍🔥

🔴 Iwasan ang overloading ng electrical outlets.
🔵 Mag-ingat habang nagluluto at huwag iwanang walang bantay ang lutuan.

The activity highlighted the importance of discipline, unity, professionalism, and dedication to public service. Personnel also took part in the Lingkod Bayani Commitment Wall, reaffirming their commitment to serve the Filipino people with puso, dangal, at galing para sa bayan.

Duty personnel of the Station attended the Sunday Holy Mass at the Parish of the Immaculate Conception Church.

The activity formed part of the station’s Family Day and Spiritual Activity, aimed at strengthening faith, promoting spiritual well-being, and fostering camaraderie, unity, and a strong sense of family among personnel. Through activities such as this, Batuan Fire Station continues to promote not only operational readiness but also the holistic well-being and values of its personnel.

The event brought together athletes, teachers, coaches, and participants from different schools across the Municipality of Batuan. Throughout the activity, BFP Batuan Fire Station personnel in coordination with MDRRMO Batuan remained on standby, ready to provide immediate medical assistance and emergency response to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone in attendance.

Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, BFP Region V, and under the direct supervision of FCINSP FRANCIS B CASTILLO, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal of Masbate, personnel of Batuan Fire Station, headed by SFO1 Daniel N Marcaida III, Officer-in-Charge, conducted a Clean and Green Program within the station’s Area of Responsibility (AOR).

The activity forms part of the Bureau of Fire Protection’s continuing commitment to environmental protection, community cleanliness, and public safety. Personnel actively participated in proper waste collection and disposal, as well as maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for both station personnel and clients.

Through teamwork, discipline, and shared responsibility, Batuan Fire Station continues to promote cleanliness and environmental awareness as an essential part of a safer and healthier community.
