The 565th Naval Reserve Officers' Training Corps (NROTC) Unit, alongside the entire Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) community, stands in snappy salute and immense pride as two of our very own outstanding Navy ROTC Cadets conquer the international arena!

​Bravo Zulu to our student-athletes who proudly represented BiPSU and the Philippines at the Adidas Open International Karatedo Championship 2026 held on June 5–7, 2026, at the Ciracas Sport Center, Jakarta, Indonesia.
