Happy Family Day!
Today, September 28, 2026, we are celebrating the Family Day. A very special day in our lives. A day to show care, love, acknowledgement, and appreciation to our family because of their unwavering support, guidance and our home when we are faltering. No matter where life takes us, family remains our home and a constant source of unconditional love.
โFamilies are the compass that guides us. They are the inspiration to reach great heights, and our comfort when we occasionally falter. Brad Henry
Just like what Brad Henry said, families are the ones who guide us, our inspiration when life gets harder and our comfort when we falter, they are the evidence to the famous literary quote โNo man is an islandโ by John Donne, which means that we are connected to each other whether life is at its lowest or highest.
As we mark this special day, let us take this chance to say the acknowledgement we never said to our family, the opportunity to bond with them, eat with them, and tell a story that we often do. No matter how busy life gets or how far our dreams take us, may we find our way back to the people we call home.

National Su***de Prevention Month
The month of September has finally arrived which means itโs the start of the national su***de prevention month. What exactly is the su***de prevention month? It is the month where we spread awareness that su***de is a matter that should be taken seriously.
Every year, thousands of families have lost their daughters, sons, and other family members to su***de. Why do we spread awareness to this topic? Because su***de is not a joke. It is not something to play around with. It is a serious matter that should be taken seriously as well as other serious topics. Su***de could be the result of their mental health depleting due to bullying, abuse from their family or in a relationship they are in. And most people can never see it coming that their friend or family is suicidal. The victim may look happy on the outside but inside of their minds are a mess and no one is there to be with them, a problem for which they think su***de is the only solution.
To every person in the world, please check on your loved ones. Reassure them that you are always there for them, that they are special to you, that they are loved.
โSu***de is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

Behind every lesson that we've learned, every challenge that made us wiser and stronger, and every dream pursued, are the teachers who believed in the potentials they saw in every student.
Every September 5 to October 5, we honor the remarkable second parents who stand not only to educate, but to guide our paths, give life advice and inspire us to succeed. Their tireless efforts, silent battles and unwavering support for their students are cherished and truly appreciated.
To all teachers, we thank you for your endless patience, dedication, and love for teaching. Your lessons may be written on the board, but the impact you leave is written in our hearts.
You are more than teachers, you are our role models, second parents, and our inspiration to succeed!
