Good day, Researchers!

Please be advised that the schedule of the Research Defense will be announced later due to the recent class suspensions caused by unfavorable weather conditions. Kindly wait for the official announcement regarding the new defense schedule.

While waiting, all research groups are strictly advised to complete and prepare the required documents and materials for their defense.

Please prepare the following:

Research Instrument/Questionnaire

Turnitin/Plagiarism Report

📑 NUMBER OF COPIES

All research groups are required to prepare FOUR (4) copies of the complete documents.

Important:

Do NOT place the documents inside folders.
Use a BLACK CLIP to secure each set of documents.
Make sure all required parts are complete and properly arranged before submission.
⚠️ REQUIRED ORIGINALITY CHECK

All groups must ensure that their manuscripts comply with the following requirements:

Plagiarism/Similarity Result: 10% or below
AI Detection Result: 20% or below
Grammarly checking must also be completed 95%

Research groups whose documents do not meet the required standards may be asked to revise and resubmit before they can proceed with the defense.

Again, PLEASE WAIT FOR THE OFFICIAL DEFENSE SCHEDULE. Do not assume that the previously announced schedule will push through until an official notice is released by the Center for Research and Development (CReDe).

Please be guided by the attached memorandum regarding the **official schedule of statistical consultation and defense.

The memorandum also outlines the procedures for students who are **unable to successfully pass their defense**, including the **re-defense process** and other important guidelines. All concerned students are encouraged to read the memorandum carefully and comply with the schedules and requirements to avoid delays in their research completion.
