The Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO), together with the Department of Agriculture (DA), conducted a site inspection of lots with applications for land use reclassification.

The activity aims to assess the actual site conditions and ensure that proposed land use changes are properly evaluated in support of sustainable and balanced development.

DHSUD IV-A Visits Pagsanjan!

On September 8, 2026, the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Region IV-A visited the MPDO of Pagsanjan, Laguna to discuss and assess the municipality’s Local Shelter Plan (LSP), housing program implementation, and the strengthening of the Local Housing Board (LHB).

This visit highlights the importance of strong collaboration between DHSUD and LGU Pagsanjan in advancing responsive and sustainable housing programs.

PROJECT INSPECTION | LOCAL PROJECT MONITORING COMMITTEE

The Local Project Monitoring Committee (LPMC) of the Municipality of Pagsanjan conducted an inspection and monitoring activity of various projects funded under the Municipality’s 20% Development Fund.
The activity aimed to assess the status, progress, and implementation of these priority projects and ensure that public funds are utilized efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with their intended purposes.
The inspection was actively participated in by the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Bayan, LPMC Members, together with Municipal Mayor Hon. Januario Ferry G. Garcia.
Through strengthened monitoring and collaboration among local officials and stakeholders, the Municipality of Pagsanjan continues to promote transparency, accountability, and effective implementation of development programs and projects for the benefit of every Pagsanjeño.

ROAD ANCILLARY FACILITIES SURVEY

The Municipality of Pagsanjan, through the Municipal Planning and Development Office, conducted a survey and inventory of existing road ancillary facilities as part of the ongoing updating of the Socio-Economic and Physical Profile (SEPP) of the municipality.

The activity aims to gather updated and accurate information on various facilities and infrastructure along the road network, which will serve as an important basis for assessing existing conditions, identifying gaps and needs, and formulating appropriate strategies and interventions for improved mobility, accessibility, public safety, and sustainable development.

The Municipal Planning and Development Office conducted the Vehicle Count Survey and Passenger Load Count Survey on August 25, 2026, along the National Road in Brgy. Biñan, Pagsanjan, Laguna, as part of the preparation for the updating of the Local Public Transport Route Plan (LPTRP).
