Residents seeking legal assistance were once again accommodated through the Lawyer of the Day Initiative (LODI) conducted at the IBP Laguna Chapter Building in Pagsanjan, Laguna on August 26, 2026. The activity was attended by Atty. Diana Ricci B. Calapine, Atty. Izobel M. Bellosillo, Atty. Nicole Justine P. Cagayat, Atty. Mikhaella Rhonellinn P. Sotto, Atty. Ron-Erwin D. Esquivel, who served as duty lawyers for the day. Through their time and expertise, they were able to provide legal advice and guidance to walk-in clients from Laguna. The continued conduct of LODI serves as an important avenue for the community to seek legal guidance, particularly for those who may need assistance in understanding and addressing their legal concerns.

August 28, 2026 – LAWYER OF THE DAY INITIATIVE AT STA. ROSA

Continuing its weekly schedule, the Lawyer of the Day Initiative (LODI) at Sta. Rosa, Laguna once again provided residents with access to free legal consultation. Six (6) volunteer lawyers took part in the activity and attended to four (4) walk-in clients. Each consultation allowed the volunteer lawyers to understand the concerns brought before them and offer guidance on the proper steps that may be taken. Their participation reflects the importance of continued legal service in making professional legal assistance more accessible to members of the community.

Libreng Serbisyong Legal, Mas Pinalawak Pa! Ngayon, Nasa San Pablo City Na!

Once again, the Help Desk was open to the public, providing free legal services such as legal consultations and notarization of documents to serve the residents of San Pablo City, Laguna, this 25th day of August. The six (6) lawyers who dedicated their time and service assisted a total of eight (8) walk-in clients, including senior citizens and solo parents, who were in need of notarial services and legal consultations.
Through the commitment and service of the volunteer lawyers, the activity gave clients the opportunity to discuss their legal concerns, receive proper guidance, and obtain assistance with their necessary documents. Their continued involvement demonstrates the dedication of the IBP Laguna Chapter and its volunteer lawyers to making legal assistance more accessible and reaching community members who are most in need of legal support.

August 25, 2026 – ATORNI SA BARRIO AT ALAMINOS, LAGUNA

The 25th day of August was dedicated activity for “Atorni sa Barrio”, wherein the Integrated Bar of the Philippines – Laguna Chapter, through the San Pablo Bar Association, conducted the said activity at Alaminos, Laguna that brought free legal consultation and notarial services directly to the community, making legal assistance more accessible to residents who needed guidance and support. With the active participation and dedication of five (5) volunteer lawyers including Atty. Mary Ann I. Villanueva, Atty. Stephanie Anne Magaspac-Marilim, Atty. Peter Gian Marc Reyes, Atty. Alexander Frederick Edward G. Faustino, and Atty. John Alfred B. Del Rio, the residents were given the opportunity to discuss their legal concerns, seek professional advice, and receive assistance with important documents.
