Yesterday we had the chance to serve at the Single Origin Bar.

No spotlight on us — the focus was on Philippine coffee beans and the local farmers who grow them.

It was an honor to pour, connect, and celebrate Filipino coffee with everyone who came by.

Grateful to be part of something bigger than us.

1. Mt. Apo - Rosemarie Rupecio — Floral, clean, with a sweet finish. Grown high up Mt. Apo by Rosemarie herself.
2. Mt. Apo - Bansalan Duo— Nutty + chocolatey. The “hug in a cup” from Bansalan farmers.
3. Bukidnon - Finca de Garces — Bright, citrusy, super clean. Bukidnon at its best.

*World
4. Costa Rica - Symphony Series #1— True to name. Balanced, musical, notes of honey + stone fruit.
5. Honduras Arabica — Smooth, classic. Chocolate + caramel vibes. Comfort coffee.

Come try them black, slow, and pure. No milk needed… unless you want it 😊

Our regulars came to check on us, new customers tried Patsy’s for the first time, and we left with more than sales — we left with connections.

To the organizers: Out Of Office Social Club : thank you for creating a space where small businesses like us feel safe, supported, and seen. You took care of us so well, we felt a little bit spoiled. 😅

This pop-up opened new doors for us, and we can’t wait to step through them.
