Guess who retired rich?

One died broke. One died a millionaire.

The difference wasn't intelligence.

It was how they THOUGHT about money.

My rich dad knew that most people will never understand:
There is no "best" asset class.

The best asset is the one you're educated enough to win with.

Poor people ask: "Which one is safest?"

Rich people ask: "Which one gives me control, leverage, and cash flow?"

Let me break it down...

Poor Dad said:
"Diversify to stay safe."

Rich Dad said:
"Get educated so you don't need to hide."

Poor Dad said:
"I hope the market goes up."

Rich Dad said:
"I create cash flow in any market."

Poor Dad said:
"I can't afford that."

Rich Dad said:
"How can I acquire an asset that pays for itself?"

Poor Dad said:
"Investing is risky."

Rich Dad said:
"Being broke is risky. Investing is smart."

See the difference?

It's not about the asset.
It's about how you THINK about money.

Gusto mo bang malaman kung kalooban ni Lord ang mga nangyayari sa buhay mo?

Tanungin mo ang sarili mo:

Ang pinagdaraanan mo ba ay inilalapit ka sa Diyos o inilalayo ka sa Kanya?

Dahil kahit ang pinakamahirap na sitwasyon, kayang gamitin ng Diyos para baguhin ang buhay mo.

Minsan, ang sakit ay paraan Niya para ilayo ka sa maling landas. Minsan, ang paghihintay ay paraan Niya para ihanda ka sa mas malaking pagpapala. At minsan, ang pagsasara ng isang pinto ay proteksyon para hindi ka mapunta sa maling direksyon.

Hindi mo kailangang maintindihan ang lahat ngayon.

Ang kailangan mo ay magtiwala.

Kapag nasa kamay ng Diyos ang buhay mo, kahit ang mga pagsubok ay magiging bahagi ng iyong patotoo. 🙏❤️

Wag ka lang Sumoko sa lahat ng mga pinagdadaanan mo at ang biyaya ni God ay nag aantay sayo.

May mga pagkakataon na nagtataka tayo kung bakit biglang nawawala ang ilang tao sa ating buhay.

Akala natin ay malas o kabiguan iyon, pero maaaring iyon ang paraan ng Diyos upang ilayo tayo sa mga taong nagdadala ng kasinungalingan, inggit, paninira, o masasamang impluwensya.

Hindi lahat ng pagkawala ay kapahamakan; may mga pagkawala na nagsisilbing proteksyon at paghahanda sa mas mabuting direksiyon na inilaan ng Diyos para sa iyo.

Huwag mong piliting ibalik ang mga taong kusang inaalis ng Diyos.

Kapag may isinara ang Diyos na pinto, may dahilan Siya. Magtiwala sa Kanyang karunungan, dahil mas alam Niya kung sino ang tunay na makabubuti sa iyong buhay.

Ang tamang tao ay hindi hahatak pababa sa iyo, kundi tutulungan kang lumapit sa Diyos at lumago bilang tao.

Kapag nilinis ng Diyos ang paligid mo, huwag malungkot sa mga nawala.

Magpasalamat, dahil bawat inalis Niya ay nagbibigay ng puwang para sa mga tamang tao, tamang pagkakataon, at mga pagpapalang inihanda Niya para sa iyong kinabukasan.

Don't wait for things to get better. Life will always be complicated. Learn to be happy right now, otherwise you'll run out of time. Veasna Nuon

There will always be another challenge to face, another problem to solve, and another goal to achieve. If you keep waiting for the perfect moment to be happy, you may spend your whole life waiting.

Happiness isn't found in a life without difficulties. It's found in learning to appreciate the good while working through the hard.

Be grateful for today's small blessings. Enjoy the people you love. Celebrate your progress, no matter how small. And don't let tomorrow's worries steal today's peace.

Life doesn't become meaningful when everything is perfect. It becomes meaningful when you choose joy, gratitude, and hope despite life's imperfections.

Stop waiting for a better life to be happy. Start making the life you have a little better every day.

Ang totoo nyan hindi naman tlga excited ang mga kaibigan mo sa pagiging successful mo eh, pag nag uumpisa ka ang daming mga goodluck messages, mga fake supports, at sa bawat post mo nanjan kaagad para pag pyestahan ang mga posts mo.

pero kaya sila laging naka subaybay sayo kasi may inaantay sila sa iyo. At ina antay nila ay ang pag bagsak mo, or ang pagkalugi mo.

lalo na pag sumuko or nag quit ka mas excited sila. At tatawa ng patalikod at pag uusapan ka pag wala ka sa harapan nila.

Kaya gulatin mo sila sa Success mo, wag ka tumigil hanggang di ka maging SUCCESSFUL. Focus lng sa pag build ng empire mo.

tingnan mo unti unti sila mawawala sayo at dina nag rereact at nagkocomment sa mga post mo, ang iba pa jan ay i egnore or irestrict or unfriend kapa. kasi ang totoo nyan di tlga sila masaya na makita ka na maging successful, mas masaya sila na makita kang bumagsak.

Lessons. Hindi lahat ay happy sa SUCCESS mo, mas marami ang naka abang at matutuwa pag bumagsak ka.

Kaya si God lng tlga ang tunay mo kasama mula umpisa at hanggang sa dulo. Di ka iiwanan at di ka pababayaan basta magtiwala ka lang sa kanya.

Do your Best, and Let God Do the Rest.

Pahalagahan din ang mga taong nagtiwala at naniniwala sa iyo. Sila ng mga totoong tao na makakasama mo sa tagumpay. Magtulongan kayo at wag mag hatakan pababa kundi mag alalayan na maka akyat ang boung team sa TAGUMPAY.

Wag mo isuko ang pangarap mo sa sarili mo at sa pamilya mo.

Ability is useless when the mindset is poor.

When you have a poor mindset, forget speed and ability, build your mind first.

This is one truth about human potential people do not know and the more reason we have people who have failed woefully.

Again,
Talent and influence will be less impactful when the mindset cannot carry the weight of that ability.

Talent without the right mindset is very unstable. Take this from me.

History has it that leadership, business, education and even psychology have consistently proven that long-term success is not built on ability alone. It is built on mental restructure, emotional discipline, strategic thinking, adaptability and personal responsibility.

Ability is what gives you potential but your mindset determines your performance.

A poor mindset weakens your ability in several ways.

It creates inconsistency.
It destroys discipline.
It limits vision.
It normalizes excuses.
It fears responsibility and
avoids discomfort and growth.

No matter how gifted a person is, a weak mentality will eventually reduce the value of that gift.

The rewards that come from anything is primarily the mindset. The modern world no longer rewards your talent alone. It rewards you when you can think strategically, adapt quickly, communicate value and evolve periodically.

That is mindset. A healthy one.

It is very wrong to spend years trying to upgrade your skills while ignoring the condition of your mind.

You have attended trainings, gathering certificates, learning different things, yet still remain stagnant because internal transformation never took place. The place of mindset building.

If your mindset is filled with limitation, insecurity, entitlement, emotional instability and fear of growth, your ability will struggle to produce meaningful results.

The greatest investment you can make is not just in talent development but in mental development. Because when the mindset is great, your ability becomes refined, your vision becomes stellar and your results become sustainable.

Never underestimate the power of a strong mentality. You can enter territories with it.

A strong mindset can elevate moderate ability into greatness. (This is like an enhancement.)
But a poor mindset can reduce greatness into mediocrity.

And this is the very reason why many average people outperform naturally gifted individuals over time. This is because they have built a powerful mindset that enhances their average abilities.

If you're heading towards the right direction, a healthy mindset makes it visible but a weak mindset stalls that movement.

Take care of the mind, it will fund your life.

I used to hate the phrase “God’s will.”

Kasi madalas ko ’to marinig sa mga taong ayaw mag take ng accountability.

Late gumising, tapos sasabihin,

“Bahala na si Lord.”

Nag-business, tamad magbenta, walang disiplina.

Tapos pag walang income,

“Will ni Lord.”

May maling ginawa, pero imbes na akuin yung consequences, ipapasa kay God.

Kaya dati, kapag naririnig ko yung “God’s will,” may resistance agad sa akin.

In my mind, excuse siya ng mga taong batugan.

Ginagamit nila si God para takasan yung responsibility na ayaw nilang harapin.

And I know some people still do that.

May mga taong ginagamit ang faith para itago ang katamaran.

May mga tao rin na spiritual ang words,
pero hindi mo makita sa buhay nila.

Kaya naging allergic ako sa phrase na ’to.

Because I built my life with this belief:

If I want something, I need to work for it.

If I make a mistake, I need to own it.

If I fail, I need to study what went wrong.

That mindset helped me grow.

It helped me build discipline, income, leadership, and stability for my family.

Pero habang tumatagal, may nakita akong problem sa sarili ko.

I became responsible...
but I also became anxious.

I worked hard, pero ang bigat sa loob.

I even stopped praying.

Because in my mind, di ko kailangan ng prayers dahil consistent at masipag naman ako. 😅

I became arrogant.

I planned everything, pero kapag hindi nasunod yung gusto kong outcome, naiinis ako.

Kasi deep inside, I thought responsibility meant carrying everything alone.

I thought surrender meant weakness.

I thought relying on God would make me less sharp, less driven, less prepared.

Then later on I realized something...

God’s will is not a license to be lazy.

It is the peace you carry after doing your part with honesty.

I still wake up early.

I still sell, build and fix my mistakes.

Then after all that, I learned to release the part I cannot control.

Which is a lot.

Kasi may mga bagay sa buhay na kahit gaano ako kagaling o katalino, hindi ko maipipilit.

May timing na hindi ko control.

May results na hindi ko makukuha by force.

May preparation na madalas ay feeling ko dine-delay ako sa gusto ko.

This is where I’m learning to grow.

To pray with faith.
To plan with clarity.
To work consistently.

Then at the end of it all, I say:

“Let Your will be done.”

I do my best.

Then surrender the outcome to the One who sees what I can’t.

Because God’s will becomes powerful in the hands of a man who already did his part.

Robert Kiyosaki once shared a truth that many entrepreneurs discover the hard way:

“Startups don’t die when they run out of cash. They die when the founders run out of energy.”

Money matters.

But money is often easier to replace than motivation.

A struggling startup can find investors.
Cut costs.
Pivot its business model.
Launch a new product.

What is much harder to replace is the founder’s belief.

Because every business eventually enters a phase where:

Sales slow down.
Plans fail.
Customers leave.
Investors say no.
Progress feels invisible.

And in those moments, the real battle is no longer financial.

The difference was that someone kept going when quitting would have been easier.

That is why entrepreneurship is often less about intelligence and more about endurance.

The ability to stay focused through uncertainty.

To keep showing up when results are delayed.

To continue building when nobody else sees the vision yet.

Cash flow keeps a business alive.

But conviction keeps the founder alive.

And without the founder’s energy, persistence, and willingness to keep moving forward, even the best ideas eventually fade away.

The lesson is simple:

Most businesses don’t fail because the opportunity disappears.

They fail because the people behind them stop believing before the opportunity arrives.
