The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) advises all concerned taxpayers, Revenue officials, and employees currently using the eBIRForms Offline Package to download and install the latest version, eBIRForms Offline Package Version 7.9.6.0 or 7.9.6.1.

Older versions of the eBIRForms Offline Package will be discontinued and will no longer be supported.

Taxpayers are encouraged to update at the earliest opportunity and carefully follow the procedures in the accompanying User Manual, particularly those covering the backup and restoration of previously saved tax returns and related data.

Per Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 6-2022, the BIR has removed the five-year validity period on all printed and system-generated receipts/invoices effective on July 16, 2022.

Please be advised that, pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 128 issued by the Office of the President, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) offices in the National Capital Region (NCR), as well as identified provinces, are directed to implement a Work-From-Home Arrangement on Tuesday, August 18, 2026.

Accordingly, 𝗼𝗻-𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗼. 𝟰𝟯 – 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗴 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, as all personnel shall observe the Work-From-Home Arrangement.

💻 Taxpayers are encouraged to utilize the BIR’s available online services for transactions that may be completed electronically.
