As part of PhilCenter's Training & CPD Division, you'll support our day-to-day operations by assisting prospective students, managing client communications, coordinating programs and events, and helping improve the systems that keep our organization running efficiently.

Work Arrangement:

We're looking for someone who is:

July 2026 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination Results Released in Two (2) Working Days

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,060 out of 1,456 passed the Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service in N. C. R., Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban and Tuguegarao this July 2026.

The Board of Real Estate Service is composed of Hon. Ofelia C. Binag, Chairperson; Hon. Estelita D. Patdu, Hon. Maria Teresita B. Canlas (Inhibited), Atty. Cecilynne R. Andrade and Hon. Jessie B. Doctolero, Members.

The results were released in two (2) working days after the said examination.

Starting August 24, 2026, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please visit the official PRC website (www.prc.gov.ph) and follow the instructions for registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: 1) Screenshot of system-generated Registration Form; 2) valid government-issued ID. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

All registrants are likewise required to submit an original copy of Surety Bond for three (3) years (with certificate of good standing from the Insurance Commission), minimum amount of which is P 20,000.00, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as Obligee. For government employees, no Surety Bond is required, but instead, should submit a notarized original Certificate of Employment showing that he/she is performing appraisal function and has appraiser license, as an eligibility requirement of his/her employment from their respective offices.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.

Online Oathtaking of the New Real Estate Salespersons

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the new Real Estate Salespersons that the conduct of the online oathtaking will be on May 14 and 28, and June 18 and 30, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., which will be spearheaded by PRC-Pagadian via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

Inductees shall wear formal or business attire and use a white backdrop (white physical or virtual background) throughout the oathtaking ceremony.

Please secure an online appointment schedule at https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and select “e-OATH” as transaction. Inductees are required to print the "OATH OF PROFESSIONAL" form downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
