Fresh month, fresh chance para alagaan ang health natin. This month, let's fill our plates with healthier choices, our minds with better habits, at huwag puro "bukas na lang ako magda-diet." 😭

Friendly reminder lang: tubig muna bago milk tea, gulay naman bago samgyup ulit, at hindi kasama sa food pyramid ang "bahala na." 🤭

Let's eat better, live better, and take care of our planet—because deserve natin maging healthy... at para hindi puro vitamins ang bumubuhay sa'yo. 🌱💚

Looking back at our history hits a little different today 🌅. It’s kind of wild to think about the heavy legacy left behind by our heroes ⚔️. They risked absolutely everything just so we could live freely, dream big 🌟, and speak our minds without fear 💭.

True independence means having the chance to make an actual impact whether that’s through art 🎨, leadership 👑, or just looking out for one another in our community 🫂. Let’s not just treat today as a random holiday 🎉; let's commit to keeping that bayanihan spirit alive and well 🇵🇭❤️.

It’s official! Back to School mode: ON! 💻📝
Less sleeping in, more homework… but also: back to the classroom, back to recess, and back to seeing your friends! 🫂 (Friends nga lang ba? 😉)

Baka mag chat si crush ng "I only see you as a friend." 📱❌ Sakit nun, kakasimula pa lang ng school year! Pero okay lang 'yan, kung binalik ka man sa friendzone, bawiin na lang natin sa school zone.

Ihanda na ang mga ballpen at notebooks dahil oras na para mag-focus sa grades at sa mga pangarap natin ngayong taon kasama ang T.L.E. Club. 🛠️📊
