is primarily engaged in the discovery, exploration and development of copper and gold mineral resources in the Philippines. NADECOR is the sole claim owner of the Kingking property, 1,656 hectares of mineral rights located in Pantukan, Compostela Valley Province and another 108 hectares in Sumlog, both in Mindanao. NADECOR’s majority shareholders also partly own claims in various parts of Mindanao totaling almost 4,000 hectares. Ricafort, the present majority owner, acquired the Company in 1978 as part of the acquisition of NADECOR’s parent company, Aguinaldo Development Corporation. Ricafort Chairman
