MAHALAGANG PAALALA: ALAMIN ANG MGA DAPAT GAWIN KUNG MAY SCHOOL VIOLENCE (LOCKDOWN)

Walang puwang ang karahasan sa ating mga paaralan. Ngunit sa oras na hindi inaasahang banta sa seguridad ng lahat o school violence, mahalagang handa, kalmado, at alerto ang bawat g**o at mag-aaral upang matiyak ang kaligtasan ng lahat.

Narito ang 9 na Hakbang sa Pag-Lockdown na dapat nating tandaan at isapuso:

1️⃣ Maging Alerto - Kung may nakitang away, barilan o anumang banta, agad na ipaalam sa pinakamalapit na g**o.
2️⃣ Pakinggan ang Anunsyo - Sundin agad ang anunsyo ng g**o o school personnel. Huwag magtanong. Huwag magpaloko.
3️⃣ Pumasok at Mag-Lockdown - Pumasok o manatili sa loob ng silid-aralan. Isara, at i-lock ang pinto. Harangan kung maari gamit ang mesa o upuan.
4️⃣ Manatiling Tahimik at Huwag Makialam - Manatiling tahimik. Huwag sumigaw, tumakbo, at huwag lumabas. Huwag makialam sa nangyayari sa labas.
5️⃣ Manatiling Nakatago at Lumayo sa Bintana - Lumayo sa pinto, bintana at labas ng silid. Yumuko o magtago sa ligtas na lugar.
6️⃣ Wag Gamitin ang Cellphone Maliban kung Kailangan - Huwag mag-video o mag-post. Manatiling tahimik at huwag makipag-ugnayan maliban kung inutusan ng g**o o pulis.
7️⃣ Maghintay ng Utos - Manatiling kalmado at hintayin ang karagdagang anunsyo ng g**o o mga awtoridad.
8️⃣ Ligtas na Paglabas - Kapag sinabing ligtas na, lumabas nang maayos, nakapila, at sumunod sa g**o.
9️⃣ Mag-ulat at Mag-ingat para sa Lahat - Ipaalam sa g**o ang nakita o nalaman. Tandaan, ang kaligtasan ng lahat ay responsibilidad nating lahat!

Magkasama tayo. Maging matalino. Manatiling ligtas.

As part of the preparations for the Second Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED), Bajet-Castillo High School conducted a coordination meeting on June 16, 2026, involving SDRRM student members and the Boy Scouts of the Philippines.

Facilitated by Mr. Ralph Vincent S. Rosales, SDRRM Coordinator, the meeting served as a venue to discuss final reminders, review safety procedures, and clarify the responsibilities of each participant to ensure the successful implementation of the earthquake drill.

Key roles and assignments were revisited, particularly those related to evacuation management, crowd guidance, and adherence to safety protocols. Participants were likewise encouraged to remain alert, responsible, and ready to assist fellow learners in maintaining an orderly and safe environment throughout the activity.

Through proper planning, coordination, and teamwork, Bajet-Castillo High School continues to strengthen its culture of disaster preparedness and resilience.

Bajet-Castillo High School (BCHS) successfully participated in the Third Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on June 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM.

Managed under the guidance of School Principal IV, Marissa D. Hermogenes, the initiative was spearheaded by School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (SDRRM) Coordinator, Mr. Ralph Vincent S. Rosales. The drill serves as a vital effort to enhance emergency preparedness and safety awareness within the school community.

SDRRM student officers efficiently managed the event by mapping out evacuation routes and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. The Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) Scouters, guided by Mr. Ruben Bordeos Jr., provided crucial assistance in managing the crowd and maintaining order. The smooth ex*****on of the drill was made possible through the active participation of school chairpersons, advisers, teachers, staff, and students.

Bajet-Castillo High School, under the leadership of Principal Marissa D. Hermogenes, School Principal IV, conducted its Third Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) at exactly 9:00 AM today (September 26, 2024) as per DM no. 189, s. 2024.

The drill, which aimed to raise awareness and preparedness for earthquake emergencies, was spearheaded by Mr. Ralph Vincent S. Rosales, SDRRM Coordinator.

The event was efficiently facilitated by the SDRRM student officers, who demonstrated remarkable dedication in organizing evacuation routes and in ensuring that safety protocols were followed. Assistance in crowd control was also extended by the BSP Scouters, led by Mr. Ronnie E. Reyes and Mr. Ruben Bordeos Jr., Their presence and commitment contributed greatly to the overall efficiency of the drill.

SDRRM Office would like to extend its heartfelt gratitude to all the chairpersons, advisers, subject teachers, students, and other school personnel for their active participation and support during the activity. Their collective efforts ensured the seamless ex*****on of the drill and further emphasized the school's readiness in times of emergencies.

Before the start of Bajet-Castillo High School's Third Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill, a last-minute provision of instructions was conducted by Mr. Ralph Vincent S. Rosales, SDRRM Coordinator. The briefing was attended by SDRRM student officers and BSP Scouters, headed by Mr. Ronnie E. Reyes and Mr. Ruben Bordeos Jr.

During the briefing, Mr. Rosales reiterated the key safety protocols and assigned responsibilities to ensure the drill’s smooth and efficient ex*****on. He emphasized the importance of coordination between the SDRRM members and the BSP Scouters for crowd management and student guidance throughout the drill.

The briefing played a vital role in aligning the team’s efforts and ensuring that everyone was prepared to carry out their roles during the drill.

On September 24, 2024, two days before Bajet-Castillo High School's Third Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED), a preparatory meeting was held to ensure the smooth ex*****on of the activity. Led by Mr. Ralph Vincent S. Rosales, SDRRM Coordinator, the meeting focused on providing final reminders and instructions to the SDRRM student members.

Mr. Rosales emphasized the importance of each member's role, from guiding the evacuation routes to ensuring that all safety protocols were followed.

Specific assignments were reiterated to ensure clarity and coordination during the drill. The SDRRM students were also reminded to stay vigilant and to assist their peers calmly in case of any unexpected situations during the drill.

All for a guided readiness and safety of all.
