Sometimes, it feels heavy inside—not because we are weak, but because we have been carrying too much for too long. There are things we cannot explain, pain we cannot put into words, and tears we choose to hide.

But remember, you don’t have to carry everything alone. Give your worries to God. He sees the battles you don’t talk about, understands the pain behind your silence, and knows exactly what your heart needs.

“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7

Take a deep breath. It may be heavy today, but it will not always feel this way. Keep holding on to God. He is with you even in the moments when you feel like giving up.

It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery...freedom is not just a byproduct of salvation—it is the destination!
Christ did not rescue believers from the slavery of sin just to place them into a different kind of confinement. He broke the chains so that we could live an abundant, unburdened life in direct relationship with God. Be freed from any kind of bandages. Allow Jesus to work into your heart. Do not hinder Him to move into your life. If your really want a change, then let Him move from your deep within.
