CELTECH ROTC UNIT

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 || 𝟕𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐀𝐘 (𝐕𝐈𝐑𝐓𝐔𝐀𝐋 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐒)

SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA – Continuing its commitment to cadet development, the CELTECH ROTC Unit conducted another virtual training class via Video Teleconference (VTC).

The basic cadets engaged in lectures on the AFP Mandate, Mission, Function, and Organization alongside Hygiene and Sanitation, reinforcing military knowledge, personal discipline, and field readiness. The session was instructed by 𝐏𝐅𝐂 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐉𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐥 𝐃 𝐀ñ𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐯𝐚 (𝐈𝐧𝐟) 𝐏𝐀 and 𝐏𝐯𝐭 𝐀𝐧𝐣𝐚𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐨 (𝐈𝐧𝐟) 𝐏𝐀.

The online class was monitored by CELTECH ROTC Commandant 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐀𝐋𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐓 𝐎 𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐒 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀 and Senior Tactical Officer 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐲 𝐑 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐥 (𝐈𝐧𝐟) 𝐏𝐀.

Despite the virtual format, the cadets displayed strong dedication and active participation throughout the training.

The CELTECH ROTC Unit proudly participated in the 10th Blood Donation Activity in celebration of the 43rd RESCOM, PA Founding Anniversary, with the theme "Ang Inyong Matatag na Tagapag-buo ng Laang Kawal."

Organized by the 303rd Community Defense Center (303CDC), 3rd RCDG, Reserve Command, Philippine Army, the simultaneous RESCOM, PA-wide event took place on 15 August 2026 at H303CDC, Belen Homesite, Brgy. Sto. Cristo, Angeles City, Pampanga.

This meaningful activity aimed to donate life-saving blood to help those in need, demonstrating the unwavering commitment and spirit of service of our ROTC Cadets and Reserve Forces.

​SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA – Continuing its commitment to character building and cadet development, the CELTECH ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 6th Training Day via Video Teleconference (VTC).

​For this session, the basic cadets engaged in insightful lectures on 𝙑𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 as well as 𝙁𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥, designed to reinforce personal integrity, discipline, and the fundamental principles of leadership and teamwork within the military framework. The interactive virtual class was guided by instructors 𝐏𝐅𝐂 𝐄𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐞𝐦 𝐀 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐬 (𝐈𝐧𝐟) 𝐏𝐀 and 𝐏𝐯𝐭 𝐀𝐧𝐣𝐚𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐨 (𝐈𝐧𝐟) 𝐏𝐀

To ensure the smooth ex*****on and high standards of instruction, the online session was closely monitored by CELTECH ROTC Commandant 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐀𝐋𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐓 𝐎 𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐒 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀 alongside 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐲 𝐑 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐥 (𝐈𝐧𝐟) 𝐏𝐀.

Focusing on the foundational pillars of military service, the basic cadets tackled essential lectures on 𝙈𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝘾𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 as well as 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙑𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚𝙨. Guided by their instructor, 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐲 𝐑 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐥 (𝐈𝐧𝐟) 𝐏𝐀, the cadets deepened their understanding of military heritage, ethical standards, and the core principles that define a military leader.

Despite the distance, the cadets demonstrated keen discipline, active participation, and an unwavering commitment to excellence throughout the online sessions.

SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA – The CELTECH ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 4th Training Day for Military Science 1 (MS-1) at the Bren Z. Guiao Sports Complex.

​Serving a dual purpose, the day kicked off with the Basic Cadets taking their 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙀𝙭𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, testing their theoretical knowledge and comprehension of ROTC fundamentals. Following the exam, the cadets transitioned directly to the parade grounds to execute basic facing movements, turning lessons into practice.

​Through every command and formation, the cadets demonstrated keen discipline, coordination, and a strong commitment to excellence.

Attention all Basic Cadets! The Preliminary Examination in NSTP-ROTC will be conducted on 26 July 2026 at 0600H.
