General De Jesus College observed the Value of the Month with a focus on Respect during the school assembly. Students, faculty members, and staff gathered at the campus quadrangle and took part in the program.

The school presented reminders on showing respect through words, actions, school rules, property, and relationships with others. Student leaders and advisers participated in the activity as part of the school's values formation program, supporting United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education.

General De Jesus College continues to promote respect as a value to strengthen discipline, responsibility, and positive relationships among members of the school community.

General De Jesus College featured General Simeon De Jesus as the Hero of the Month, where former Junior High School Student Council officers presented a tableau depicting the life, service, and leadership of the institution's namesake.

The presentation reminded GJCians of the values demonstrated by General Simeon De Jesus, encouraging students to uphold integrity, discipline, patriotism, and service while supporting United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education.

General De Jesus College continues to preserve the legacy of its namesake by inspiring GJCians to become responsible leaders and citizens who contribute to their communities and the nation.

Empowering Learning Through STARBOOKS!

The General de Jesus College Library officially claimed its STARBOOKS (Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly Operated KioskS) unit from the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) – Nueva Ecija, marking another milestone in providing innovative learning resources for the GJC community.

STARBOOKS is the country's first digital science library that gives users access to thousands of science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM), and livelihood resources—even without an internet connection.

The installation and orientation of the STARBOOKS system were headed by Sir Ralph Louie Binene of DOST Nueva Ecija, who guided the library team through the proper installation, operation, and utilization of the platform to ensure its effective implementation.

Representing the General de Jesus College Library in retrieving the STARBOOKS unit were the UBEd Library Coordinators, Ms. Jam Diego and Mr. Allan Villeza, together with Mr. Levier Pangilinan, the newest member of the GJC Library staff.

With the addition of STARBOOKS to the library's growing collection of resources, the General de Jesus College Library continues its commitment to promoting research, innovation, and accessible learning by providing students and faculty with a rich repository of knowledge that supports academic excellence and lifelong learning.
