Knowing how to prompt is a useful skill. But staying hireable in the age of AI will require more than knowing how to use the tool. It will require judgment, critical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to understand what the results actually mean.
Technology can process information faster, but people are still needed to question it, guide it, and decide how it should be used.
This was one of the key messages shared by TeleworkX.ai by Telework PH CEO Marjorie Aviso during her talk, โ๐๐จ๐ฐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐,โ at the first General Assembly of the NU Baliwag - Junior Philippine Association of Management Accountants, titled โ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง ๐

The event also featured Mr. Ritchter Sly S. Fernando, who shared inspiring stories, valuable insights, and words of motivation with the students, and Mr. Alexander Clifford M. Politano, who discussed the importance of developing leadership skills among future accounting professionals.
For students preparing to enter the workforce, the opportunity is not to compete with AI. It is to become the kind of professional who knows how to work with it while bringing the human skills it cannot replace.
The tools will keep changing. The ability to think, learn, act with integrity, and make sound decisions will remain valuable.

Employees passed an item while the music played, and whoever held it when the music stopped had to answer a health- or nutrition-related question to stay in the game.
