♻️ USED ENGINE & COOKING OIL COLLECTION | September 1, 2026

The Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) conducted its regular collection of used engine oil and used cooking oil from auto/motor shops and food establishments.

Some establishments were not collected because the container became full; they will be prioritized during next week’s collection. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Submission and counting of Pet Bottle Eco-bricks from the Municipal Disposal Facility personnel to be exchanged with a kilo of rice.

The trash taken from the waste stream at the Sorting Area are placed inside the big pet bottles.

The submitted pet bottle eco-bricks are used as materials in making benches at the Eco-SWM Park.

As part of our continuing commitment to proper waste management and environmental protection, the MENRO Team conducted the collection of used engine oil and used cooking oil to promote their proper handling, storage, and disposal and help prevent potential harm to our environment and communities.
