100% Arabica beans na tinanggalan ng ∼97% ng caffeine. Yung Arabica kasi mas sweet, less acidic, at mas "smooth" kumpara sa Robusta. Kaya kahit decaf, lasang specialty coffee pa rin.

- Origin: Highlands - Benguet, Mt. Apo, Bukidnon, Colombia, Ethiopia
- Bean: Mas malaki at oval vs Robusta. May "S" shape na guhit sa gitna
- Roast: Medium = brown, no oil on surface. Nasa "sweet spot" siya
