Owner/Tattoo Artist: Rhafael ‘Batman’ Tanchico Tattoo Artist Rhafael "Batman" Tanchico from Santa Rosa City, Laguna, started tattooing when he was 16 years old at White Beach, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro. In 2009 he went to Taft, Manila, and stayed in his friend's condo unit, serving the area as his tattoo studio. He decided to open his tattoo studio in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, in 2010 and named it after his childhood hero 'Batman.'
