Today’s brew: Indonesia Kerinci from Toby’s Estate Coffee Roasters.
A naturally processed coffee with notes of chocolate, grape, and dates. 🍫🍇🌴
For this brew, we used the Hario NEO + Switch with a little immersion before finishing with percolation.

💦 86 ppm
