📖 2 Kings 6:17
“Open his eyes, Lord, so that he may see.”

Elisha’s servant only saw the enemy surrounding them, but God was already working. When his eyes were opened, he saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire.

Sometimes, we only see what is in front of us, but God is working beyond what we can see. Trust Him, even when you don’t understand what He is doing.

Jesus came down and served sinners because He chose to humble Himself, reach us, and obey the Father. He did not come to be served, but to serve those who needed Him.

His life shows us the heart of true humility, love, and service.

Earthly powers want you focused on the monsters. Prophecy tells you to look at the Throne. 👑

When Daniel looks at human history, he doesn’t see impressive statues—he sees ravenous beasts. When power is separated from the character of God, nations become beast-like, devouring and crushing everything in their path.

But God is never in a panic. While the beasts rage on earth, the Ancient of Days is calmly seated in heaven. History is not spinning out of control.
The ultimate answer to the chaos of this world isn't a bigger monster—it’s a true Human. It’s Jesus, the Son of Man, who didn't crush others to build an empire, but allowed Himself to be crushed to redeem us.

🙌 Don't let the headlines make you afraid. Let the King make you faithful.

What happened to Demas is a sobering reminder that a good start doesn’t guarantee a faithful finish.

In 2 Timothy 4:10, Paul shares some of the saddest words in the New Testament: "Demas, because he loved this world, has deserted me." Demas didn't lose his way because he lacked a good mentor; he lost his way because his heart became divided.

Our commitment to Christ must always be centered on God’s glory, not our own comfort. When we live fully surrendered and dedicated to the Lord, the shifting shadows of this world lose their grip on us.

Let’s examine our hearts today. Are we holding onto the world, or are we fully surrendered to the King? If we remain anchored in Him, we will not drift away. ⚓️🔥
