A project of the City Government of Santa Rosa through the City Tourism Office, Malikhaing Modista 2026 celebrates the talent, creativity and style of our local designers.
The competition showcases modern Filipiniana gowns crafted from indigenous and locally available materials including water lilies, ipil-ipil seeds and monggo beans.
More than a showcase of fashion, it reminds us that materials often considered waste can be transformed into beautiful, meaningful and innovative masterpieces. 🇵🇭✨
