Aldersgate College Inc. is pleased to announce the conduct of its Enrolment Caravan 2026, bringing enrolment services and academic information closer to our future students. The caravan will be held at the Municipal Halls of our partner municipalities and provinces, providing incoming freshmen and their families with convenient access to enrolment assistance, program offerings, admission requirements, and scholarship information.
📍 Enrolment Caravan Schedule (Municipal Hall Venues):
• Kasibu – June 15–16, 2026
• Kayapa – June 18-19, 2026
• Ifugao – June 22–26, 2026
• Quirino Province – June 29–July 3, 2026
• Ambaguio – July 9-10, 2026

All interested students are encouraged to visit the Enrolment Caravan at their respective Municipal Halls and take advantage of this opportunity to begin their academic journey with Aldersgate College Inc.

AC Managed Wi-Fi Account Registration SY 2026-2027

Students (JHS and SHS) enrolled for the School SY 2026–2027 are required to register before accessing the campus WiFi services. Once the account is activated, the username and password will be sent to the email address provided. WiFi access will remain valid until March 31, 2027.

Registration will close on September 30, 2026.

Important Note: If you do not receive an email confirmation within 72 hours after registration, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is still not found, kindly visit the ACCI Office for assistance.

Step-by-Step SIAS Online Admission Process

Access the Portal
Open your browser and go to:
👉 https://icloudph.com/aldersgate/sias

1. Start the Application
Click “APPLY FOR ADMISSION”, then choose “NEW APPLICATION.”

Consent Form
Under Consent Form click the Agree checkbox, then proceed.

2. Fill Out the Application Form
Carefully complete all required admission details. Make sure all information entered is accurate and complete.

3. Upload Required Documents if Applicable
Upload clear and readable scanned copies of the required documents
(e.g., Grade 12 Report Card or equivalent).

4. Select Examination Date if Applicable
Choose an available examination date from the provided options.

5. Save and Confirm Application
Click “CHECK” to review, confirm, and save your application.

6. Take Note of Your Control Number
Write down or screenshot your Control Number. This will be used to track your application status.

7. Check Application Status
Monitor the official Aldersgate College page or the SIAS portal for updates.
Approved applications will show the final examination schedule.

Register once only. Multiple registrations may result in deletion of your application.

Document Accuracy
Ensure uploaded files are clear, complete, and not corrupted to avoid “CONTROL NUMBER NOT FOUND” errors.
