Bicol University extends its warmest welcome to our faculty members on their first day of service and to all students on their first day of classes for Academic Year 2026-2027!

May this semester be characterized by excellence, dedication, and meaningful service and academic growth.

𝗕𝗨 𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗣 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 | 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 & 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦

The BU National Service Training Program (NSTP) component selection will open tomorrow, June 27, 2026, at 9:00 AM for the rest of the colleges/campuses.

Be ready to choose among Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC), Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS), or Literacy Training Service (LTS).

As explained during the orientation, component availability may vary per college.

For applicants who missed the NSTP Online Orientation:
- Log in to your iBU Portal and click "Mark Attendance."
- Please wait for the Asynchronous NSTP Orientation to be posted in the portal and complete it once available.

𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦:
- As part of the enrollment process, all applicants are required to bring a printed copy of their NSTP Enlistment Form generated from the iBU Portal.
- The printed pre-enlistment form will be validated by your respective college NSTP coordinator and counter-checked with your orientation attendance

2. The link to the orientation will be sent through the student's iBU Portal>NSTP.
3. Attendance and the Google link for the enlistment will be accessed through the link during the orientation

𝗕𝗨 𝗧𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗢 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗠 (𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗣) 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗨𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

With hearts full of pride and gratitude, BU Tabaco successfully held its National Service Training Program (NSTP) Graduation on March 23, 2026, at the BU Tabaco Gymnasium. The event was attended by NSTP students from the different program components, 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐜 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐂𝐖𝐓𝐒), 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐋𝐓𝐒), 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬’ 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬 (𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂) together with distinguished guests who shared meaningful messages and words of encouragement to the graduates as they celebrated another significant milestone in their academic journey.

As the graduates move forward, may their NSTP experience continue to serve as a source of valuable lessons, personal growth, and transformation. May this graduation not mark the end of a chapter, but the beginning of a new journey where they carry with them the values, skills, and experiences they have gained.

The University Student Council formally calls upon all bona fide students of Bicol University to participate in the University-Wide Plebiscite for the ratification of the proposed USC Constitution and By-Laws (CBL).

The proposed CBL, duly approved by the General Legislative Council and collectively crafted through consultations, deliberations, and institutional processes, seeks to strengthen student governance, accountability, representation, and service within the university.

We highly encourage every student to exercise their right to vote and become part of this significant milestone in the history of student leadership and representation in the university.
