𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐍 | The 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐬 and 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞, School of Governance and Administration, Customs Administration Department, in partnership with the Professional Regulation Commission and the Professional Regulatory Board for Customs Brokers, successfully held the Seminar for Graduating Students today, July 1, 2026, at the TMCC Function Hall.

We were truly honored by the presence of 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐀𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐕. 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐳, 𝐃𝐏𝐀, Member of the Professional Regulatory Board for Customs Brokers, who served as our distinguished Guest Speaker. His invaluable insights and dedication to the profession inspired our graduating BS Customs Administration students to pursue their careers with integrity, competence, and excellence.

The event was graced by the leadership of 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨 𝐒𝐨𝐬𝐚 𝐉𝐫., 𝐃𝐏𝐀 (𝐂𝐀𝐑), College Administrator, and 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐨 𝐏𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐨, 𝐌𝐁𝐀, 𝐌𝐏𝐀, Dean of the School of Governance and Administration. Alongside them was 𝐌𝐬. 𝐀𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐍𝐮𝐲𝐥𝐚𝐧, 𝐋𝐂𝐁, 𝐌𝐁𝐀 (𝐂𝐀𝐑), Program Head of the Customs Administration Department, The BSCA faculty 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐨𝐳𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐚, 𝐋𝐂𝐁, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐝, 𝐋𝐂𝐁, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐬. 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚 𝐀𝐧𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨, 𝐋𝐂𝐁 also joined in supporting the students during this milestone.

Adding to the significance of the occasion, the 𝐏𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐒–𝐓𝐌𝐂𝐂 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 stood proudly with the graduating class, symbolizing unity and professional commitment. Most importantly, the spotlight shone on the BSCA Graduating Students, whose dedication and perseverance brought them to this defining moment.

This meaningful seminar reflects TMCC’s Vision of being a premier institution of sustainable higher learning where empowered and holistic citizens uplift society through knowledge, skills, and values. It fulfills our Mission to provide high quality education to less privileged students, equipping them to reach their full potential and inspiring them to give back to the community through competence, truth, excellence, and community orientedness.

Aligned with the 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬 (𝐒𝐃𝐆𝐬), the seminar advanced SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, and SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, ensuring that TMCC graduates are prepared not only for licensure success but also for meaningful contributions to national development.

Moreover, it embodied the 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐄𝐕𝐄 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, promoting Access, Competence, Holistic Development, Innovation, Value Formation, and Engagement, shaping graduates who are globally competitive, socially responsible, and ready to serve with excellence and integrity.
